Hi, I'm Ivan Martens

For 25 years I worked hands-on in the building trades as a general contractor—everything from foundations and framing to windows, doors, roofing, flooring, cabinets, tile, stairs, and mechanical systems. I know homes inside and out because I've built and repaired hundreds of them in the Colorado foothills.

Along the way I took a detour to earn my electrical engineering degree from Colorado School of Mines. It was a fantastic learning experience, but it also reminded me how much I crave hands-on work.

Today I specialize in radon mitigation, bringing all that remodeling and engineering expertise to every job. I design and install quiet, reliable systems that protect your family without turning your home into a construction zone. Pipes are routed neatly, vents blend in, and the finished result looks like it belongs—because your house should stay beautiful while becoming safer.

I'm Colorado-licensed (RMT.0000225) and personally handle every project—from the free on-site assessment to the final independent post-test. Most homes drop below 2.0 pCi/L, and I stand behind every system with lifetime workmanship coverage while I'm in business.
